Dr. Gad Friedman

PhD in Photochemistry & Associate Professor, Weizmann Institute of Science

Professional experience:

  • Expert in organic chemistry, pharmaceuticals, chemical analysis, photochemistry, polymers and their application
  • Served as a key member in multidisciplinary teams dealing with applications combining chemistry with biology and physics
  • Served as Head of the Israel Defense Force's R&D chemistry laboratories, within the framework of which dealt mainly in organic chemistry, specialty polymers, sustained release, spectroscopy, analytical chemistry and physics as they pertain to explosives

 

Vladimir Magidenko

PhD & Engineer in Materials Engineering, Banman Technical University, Moscow, Russia

Professional experience in field of explosive materials:

  • Development of specifications for equipment used to collect trace quantities of explosives, performance of experiments using this equipment
  • Development and implementation of methods for detecting explosive materials
  • Operation of IMS equipment
  • Collection, management and analysis of test data

 

Professional experience in the field of metallurgy:

  • Development of welding technologies
  • Training and certification of welders
  • Supervision of welding work
  • Selection of materials, testing of mechanical properties, characterization of macro- and microstructure via metallography

 

Galina Brodsky

MSc & Engineer in Materials Engineering, Moscow Steel & Alloys Institute

Professional experience in field of explosive materials:

  • Development and implementation of methods for detecting explosive materials
  • Operation of HPLC and IMS equipment
  • Sampling and testing
  • Data management and analysis
  • Authorized to store explosive materials by the Israeli Ministry of Labor

 

Professional experience in the field of metallurgy:

  • Expert in the selection of materials, failure analysis, testing of mechanical properties, chemical analyses, macro- and microstructure characterization via metallography, using optical and electronic microscopy
