This kit contains an assortment of inert simulants that replicate the most commonly known Home Made Explosives (HMEs). The HMEs provide similar physical properties that allow trainees to “touch and feel” such materials. The kit provides a basic acquaintance with some potential HMEs that may be used in real life.   Target Audience This kit is designed for training first responders, bomb squads, military and police personnel, aviation security agents and other law enforcement and security agents.
